It consists of 3 fully equipped rooms with a double bed, two single beds and two double sofa beds.
Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. If you are traveling with children or babies, it is possible to request one or more cribs for the comfort of the younger ones.
You will find a spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, various kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The living room has the necessary comfort for dinners and social gatherings with family or friends.
This apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, 4 televisions, satellite TV and air conditioning.
Access to the apartment is by elevator. The building also provides covered parking in a nearby building.

The building has a secure entry and is very safe. There were a few things like washing detergent for clothes were not provided. They are very responsive and communicative and were very helpful with the local tips and suggestions They also helped arrange the pick up and drop off transport for a fee which was very helpful especially with a large group like ours Overall it’s a lovely apartment and you will have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay as the people managing this are wonderful, very cooperative and helpful. There is a really good public market and three supermarkets less than two minutes away. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and it is in the center of the city. The internet was fast and reliable and, if you are a TV watcher, there are TV's in every room. We will certainly be going back since, as we discovered, Porto is a very interesting city and a good base for day-trips to many other places. If there is one caution, there are 5 steps up to the elevator which are not difficult but might be a consideration if you have mobility issues. Vince (EUA)
